Yvette Styner, founder of Mipstick Nutrition, has a diverse background in recreational and competitive athletics, including bodybuilding, squash, crossfit, and running. She proudly calls herself an ambassador of balanced fitness because she’s enjoyed her athletic successes without the extremes or fad diets often seen in the sports world.

Yvette focuses on foods that build the vital systems within your own body that supports weight management, athletic performance, recovery, and a balanced mindset. She uses this unique approach combining evidence-based nutritional science with holistic practices to develop menu plans and nutrition programs that help her clients build their best bodies from the inside out.
