Super Easy & Clean Spinach Salad

  • 6 cups Baby Spinach
  • 2 cups Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Almonds slivered or sliced


  • Wash and slice strawberries and place over spinach. Add almonds.
  • Mix olive oil, vinegar, honey (melted) and poppy seeds in a shaker cup, and drizzle over salad. Toss.


Nut Allergy?
Omit almonds; add sesame or sunflower seeds if desired.
Make it SIBO diet friendly:
Use cashews, walnuts or pecans instead of almonds.
