Just as I dumped store-bought salad dressings years ago, now this easy homemade fruit jam has replaced those expensive sugar-laden commercial jams in my house as well!

Gelatinous chia seeds make for perfect jam. These tiny high-fibre seeds are the perfect gut cleansers. When soaked in water for a few minutes they plump up and turn into a jello-like substance that helps flush out the stomach (especially great for those with intestinal imbalance or prone to constipation). They’re also a great source of anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats, great for brain health, hormonal balance, and to ease an athlete’s sore achy body!

Super simple and quick to make, versatile (make with any fruit of your choice) and delicious 😋
