Muffins

Super moist, and no flour!

1.5 cup almond milk
1/2 cup raisins
3.5-4 cup oatmeal
3 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 tbsp each chia seeds and flax seed
4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs lightly beaten + 1/2 cup egg whites
1/3 cup raw unpasteurized honey
4 tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt

Mix all dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients and blend. Bake in sprayed or lined muffin tins at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
