Ingredients
- 4 cups Rutabaga peeled, diced
- 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsps Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 415Fº (213ºC).
- Combine rutabaga, olive oil and maple syrup in a glass baking dish. Toss until evenly coated.
- Roast for 45 minutes or until soft and slightly browned. Flip the rutabaga about halfway through roasting.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy!
