  • 4 cups Rutabaga peeled, diced
  • 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsps Maple Syrup


  • Preheat oven to 415Fº (213ºC).
  • Combine rutabaga, olive oil and maple syrup in a glass baking dish. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Roast for 45 minutes or until soft and slightly browned. Flip the rutabaga about halfway through roasting.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy!
