H igh Protein Apple & Chia Pudding
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup unsweetened coconut/almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
* blend the above ingredients up well.
Then stir in 1 chopped apple, and cinnamon to taste. Put into a bowl and chill in fridge for an hour or more. Garnish with apple slices, mint leaves or chopped walnuts.
