1 scoop protein powder of choice
1 cup unsweetened coconut/almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
Blend the above ingredients up well.
Then stir in 1 chopped apple, and cinnamon to taste. Put into a bowl and chill in fridge for an hour or more. Garnish with apple slices, mint leaves or chopped walnuts. Super easy and oh-so-good!
