1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup organic cocoa or carob powder
1 cup ground nuts + 1.5 cups unsweetened shredded coconut (OR 2.5 cups coconut for a nut-free treat)
3 tbsp raw unpasteurized honey


1. melt honey & coconut oil
2. add remaining ingredients and mix together
3. pour into greased (or lined with parchment paper) 9×9 pain and spread out to flat
4. refrigerate until hardened, then cut into a dozen squares
