Don’t let the name fool you, this dark chocolate fudge is to die for! Not only is it deliciously sweet and rich, but it’s (of course!) made from all natural real food ingredients. Add to it the maca and medicinal mushrooms, and you’ve got a superpower of a treat to fuel both the body and the soul!
- 1 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2-4 tbsp maca powder
- 2 tbsp of powdered medicinal mushrooms (optional)
Melt coconut oil and honey together, add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into a parchment paper lined 9 inch square pan and refrigerate 1 hour. Cut into squares and store in fridge.
