Health Facts
Using avocado in baking as a substitute for butter reduces the amount of calories in the dessert significantly, while also providing beneficial fats! This is ideal for those who are looking to achieve their best body ever! Lower calorie foods promote healthy weight levels, while healthy fats lower LDL levels (the "bad" cholesterol) which in turn supports heart health.
