Once upon a time I was overweight, sick and tired – despite my often extreme diet attempts and obsession with exercise. Now I’m the healthiest, happiest, strongest and most relaxed I’ve ever been about it all!
I’ve had a ton of fun over twenty years as a certified fitness trainer, Pro Figure-Fitness bodybuilding athlete, marathon runner and competitive squash player. Now I’m living my true passion as a Register Holistic Nutritionist™ and teacher, while enjoying crossfit, spin, and staring out at the ocean.
